To receive certification, participants must complete all requirements for course completion.

For Blended Learning classes: Participants must complete both the online portion and successfully demonstrate all skills performed in the in-person skill session.

​

No Online Completion: Participants enrolled in Blended Learning courses are required to show proof of completion for the online content. Participants that are unable to show proof on the day of their skill session, but will have 24 hours to contact us with proof of completion.

 

After 24 hours, participants will not be certified and will have to enroll again. No refunds will be given for participants that fail to complete the online session and attend their scheduled skill session.

For instructor led classes: Participants must attend the entire class session and successfully demonstrate all skills performed in the class.

Late arrival: Sessions begin promptly at their scheduled start time. Participants arriving later than 15 mins after the start time will have to reschedule.
