To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. If you are unable to reschedule, a refund can be issued. 

 

All refunds for Blended Learning classes will be processed minus a $25.00 fee per participant. The online content is given at the time of purchase and cannot be refunded.

 

Refund requests made within 48 hours of your scheduled session will be processed minus an additional $5.00. If you have further questions, please fill out the form on our help page and we will reach out to you.

 

No show: If a participant does not attend their scheduled session, they have 7 days from their original session to reschedule/request a refund. No refunds or rescheduling after 7 days. Participants will have to book again.

No Online Completion: Participants enrolled in Blended Learning courses are required to show proof of completion for the online content. Participants that are unable to show proof on the day of their skill session have 24 hours to contact us with proof of completion.

 

After 24 hours, participants will not be certified and will have to enroll again. No refunds will be given for participants that fail to complete the online content and attend their skill session.

 

Late arrival: Sessions begin promptly at their scheduled start time. Participants arriving later than 15 mins after the start time will have to reschedule.
